Our staff has over 45 plus combined years’ experience in software and the IT industry, but more importantly we have over 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas pipe industry. A very difficult combination of skills to find, our team understands the pipe industry and the technologies needed to keep our product up to date. Creating and maintaining enterprise level software and being able to understand our customer’s businesses needs without having to educate us about the business rules and challenges of tracking pipe and equipment inventory. Our staff has experience working with some to the largest and most complex data systems in the world. Our management team has provided other services to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Defense, U.S Customs Service, U.S. Air Force, and Fortune 500 companies, with expertise in marketing and technology with the oil industry, data management, information security, cyber security, inventory control, inventory tracking, financial systems, and more.
Jeff Arms – CEO
As a manager of operations in the software industry focusing on the Global Oil & Gas market, Jeff Arms has led Arecon Data from a small startup to a software company with global reach.
Jeff is responsible for monitoring company growth, IT, human relations, marketing and strategic planning. His commitment and tireless work ethic have been pivotal in successfully bringing a fledgling IT company from inception to profitability in less than one year; achieving growths of 200% to 400% annually.
His management expertise spans a full range of operational functions through large IT infrastructure projects. His superior knowledge in information systems and Oil & Gas operations has allowed him to position Arecon Data’s technology as both superior and marketable to the Global Energy Industry. His extensive experience in benchmarking processes, writing policy procedures and systems, ensure quality control that produces superior results every time.
Jeff holds degrees in Humanities and Computer Science and has a commitment to furthering his education. For many years Jeff has been active and regularly attends executive level business and leadership coaching to keep his skills current. Jeff’s integrity, dedication and practical nature earns him immediate respect among his peers.

Maria Arms – Vice President
An accomplished, award winning marketing professional with over 19 years of sales, solutions and project management experience in Information Technology, Hardware and Software, Internet Solutions Consulting, and Information Security Consulting. Maria has experience in implementing marketing plans for startup to Fortune 100 companies. Her responsibilities included bringing new technologies to market, communicating with Sr level engineering staff and C-Level Executives through the entire new product development life cycle. Accomplishing sales quotas and market penetration needed to achieve successful acquisitions of these organizations.
Her experience in successfully bringing new technologies and technical services to market will be a driving factor behind Arecon’s success. Maria has been responsible for bringing dozens of new technologies to fortune 100 companies in her capacity as Senior Consultant.
Rob Garibay – Director of Strategic Planning
His professional career spans building businesses in manufacturing, R&D, distribution, retail, and IT. With an engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University, Rob co-founded a capital intensive aerospace & automotive technology company, growing an average of 20%/yr. over a 15 year period. His demonstrated success in writing business plans helped two companies acquire outside investment capital, providing multiple job opportunities for the surrounding community.
Rob is a visionary leader and team builder. He also served as president of a Danish corporation’s US manufacturing division, producing 17% annual growth, and has authored numerous technical papers published in various international journals.
Rob has a successful track record in sales, marketing, management, team building, strategic planning, and leadership; both in his own companies and in the corporate world. His 30 + year career includes experience as a sales & marketing executive, business owner, board of directors member, VP of engineering, and corporate president.
